Placing an order

To expand our range of accommodation offered, we are always interested in new properties which meet the requirements of our customers. If you wish to offer your property via us free of charge, we look forward to hearing from you.

Provided you are the property owner, or have permission from the landlord to sub-let as main tenant, nothing stands in the way of our cooperation.

The first step is to send us your offer data via the appropriate online form. If possible, submit some photos of the property so that we can gain a first impression.
Please familiarise yourself with our General Terms of Business. We assume acceptance of these to work with you.
After receiving your offer we will immediately contact you to discuss details of the property and to coordinate further procedure.
We will organize an appointment at your convenience at which we can view the property and take representative photos.
We can provide consultancy concerning issues around furniture and can give you a concrete estimate with regard to the rent which can be expected, and the chances of finding a tenant.
We will then prepare a bilingual, detailed brochure with many photos which will be presented on our website and important property portals.

If you do not wish to approach us online, you can of course present your property to us in person. Just ring and make an appointment to visit our agency. We look forward to meeting you.
