| Additional object information and possible furniture | Everything is new! There are several floor-to-ceiling muntin windows, the apartment is mostly laid with high-quality country-style parquet flooring including underfloor heating, in the entrance area there is noble Belgian bluestone. The walls are discreetly painted in subtle shades of gray and create a harmonious color concept together with the furniture. Of course there is an alarm system and a Girabus system for temperature and light control for each room, e.g. "hotel circuit" for bedside lamps and floor lamps. The living area is furnished with a modern sofa, side table and flat screen TV, there is also a dining area for 2 people. The integrated fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Ceramic hob, oven and Dunstesse as well as a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination from Liebherr with ice maker, a Nesspresso machine and a Thermomix model TM3 are provided here. Guests can enjoy the evenings under the arcades in their own loggia overlooking the garden and forest. The spacious bedroom offers a double bed and an extra large closet with a lot of storage space, also an extra large chest of drawers. From the bedroom you enter the very tasteful, new bathroom with a suspended toilet, vanity with vanity unit and a ground level, very large shower. There is a utility room with a washing machine for your sole use. Bed linen and towels are provided. The rent is € 1050,00 for one person, including all energy and utilities and the use of internet access. The rental price for 2 persons is € 1200.00. A cleaning service can be offered and will be charged according to the extent. The final cleaning is paid by the tenant. It takes place after expenditure and is settled with € 35.00 per hour. |
