Stores for your daily needs can be reached in no time, a bus stop and a sky train station are very close and even the autobahn 46 can be reached in only five minutes. The combination of the living room and the bedroom offers the tenant a nice view over Wuppertal-Barmen. The sleeping area consists of a pull-out bed which can be used as a couch during the day. The white shelves across from the bed consist of a TV and a HiFi system. Additionally, the room offers a closet and a home-office area. The brand-new kitchen offers the tenant a ceramic cooktop including an oven, a coffee-machine, cooking utensils and cutlery. The shower bath is tiled in bright colors. You can find coin-operated washing machine and a dryer in the basement. The very big roof terrace may be shared. This is a non-smoking property. All ancillary costs and energy expenses for one person, the usage of the internet and a flat-rate into the German net are included in a rent of € 650,00. The landlord is responsible for the cleaning after your stay. The tenant pays for the final cleaning. It is carried out on a time and material basis and is charged at € 35.00 per hour. |
