This generously proportioned apartment extends over 2 floors and has a modern tiled floor. The living room with integrated kitchen, a guest WC and the 2 balconies are located on the first floor. A staircase leads to the upper sleeping area with the bathroom. The living area is furnished with a large, gray sofa bed, a comfortable armchair, 2 side tables and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The integrated fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic hob with oven and extractor, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, all cooking utensils and crockery are provided here. There is a dining table for 4 people. From the dining area you enter the balcony with a very nice view, there is another balcony on the other side of the living room. Stairs lead up to the bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and another TV set. Several attic niches have been converted into storage rooms and offer enormous storage space. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a suspended WC, a bathtub with shower function and a vanity unit. A large corner desk for a home office completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a washing machine in the basement for your sole use. The rent is € 900.00 for one person including all energy and ancillary costs and the use of the Internet. The monthly rental price for 2 persons is € 1050.00. The tenant pays for the final cleaning. It is done on a time and material basis and is charged at € 35.00 per hour. |
