Additional object information and possible furniture Modern, very spacious loft apartment with DSL access on the first floor of a very well-kept two-family house in Wuppertal-Nächstebreck on the outskirts of Wuppertal. Schwelm as well as the entire Ennepe-Ruhr district can be reached quickly, and Remscheid can be reached within 20 minutes via the A 1. There are good shopping opportunities along the B7 and in Wuppertal-Langerfeld or Schwelm. There is also a good range of restaurants and sporting leisure activities here. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The very large living room with integrated kitchen is laid out with vinyl and tile flooring, a wall of exposed brick underlines the loft character of the apartment. All windows can be darkened with electric shutters, the apartment is designed barrier-free and handicapped accessible and also offers underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a washing machine for your sole use. A parking space is included in the rent, a garage can be rented at a price of € 80,00 per month. The rent is
€ 1250,00 for one person including energy and service charges, the use of the car parking space and internet access. The rent for 2 persons is € 1400.00. The final cleaning is paid by the tenant. It takes place after expenditure and is settled with € 35.00 per hour.
