Newly furnished boho-style apartment with DSL access in Wuppertal-Wichlinghausen. The Wichlinghauser Markt with all stores for daily needs, discounters and pharmacies is within walking distance. From here, there are bus routes to all parts of the city. The A 46 towards Düsseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund can be reached in a few minutes. This is a non-smoking apartment. Information on the energy certificate according to § 16a EnEV 2014: Listed building without energy certificate obligation. This apartment impresses with its very large living space, which is divided into 2 areas and offers everything you need. It has a wood-effect laminate floor and all windows can be darkened. On the left-hand side is the living area with a gray fabric sofa with side table, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable armchair with footstool. On the right-hand side is the double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) with bedside table and a desk for the home office. Everything has been tastefully decorated in a combination of beige and gray accessories. In the hallway there is an extra high Pax closet, a coat rack and a full-length mirror with shoe cupboard. The daylight bathroom offers a suspended WC, a vanity unit and a bathtub with shower function and glass partition. The white fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Ceramic hob with oven and extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Bed linen and towels are provided and the washing machine is in a storage room for your sole use. The rent is € 750.00 per month for one person including all energy and utility costs and internet use. The rental price for two persons is € 900.00. The final cleaning is paid by the tenant. It is done on a time and material basis and is charged at € 35.00 per hour. |
