There are good parking facilities in the street. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Information on the energy certificate according to § 16a EnEV 2014. An energy certificate is not yet available from the landlord, but has been requested. Minimum rental period: 3 months This tastefully furnished top floor flat has a light-coloured laminate floor with a wood look. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be shared in the cellar. The rental price is € 900.00 per month for one person including all energy and ancillary costs and the use of internet access. The rent for 2 persons is € 1050.00. The final cleaning is paid by the tenant. It is charged at a rate of € 35.00 per hour. |
