Very tasteful apartment including DSL and a parking space in Solingen This apartment is located in a multifamily house in Solingen-Höhscheid and is very well connected. The train station can be reached in six minutes and stores for your daily needs are in close range of the apartment. The spacious living area is divided into a living area and a sleeping area, here you can find a bed (1,90 m x 2,00 m) which you can extend to a double bed. Right next to the window is a desk for home-office use, on top of a chest of drawers you can find the Smart-TV. The modern armchair can be extended to a guest bed (1,20 m x 2,00 m). The fitted kitchen leaves no wish unfulfilled, it offers the tenant a ceramic field including an oven, a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and cutlery you could need. The appealing daylight bathroom consists of a toilet, a shower and a washbasin. In the storage room on the staircase you can find the washing machine and the dryer for your sole use. This is a non-smoking property. All ancillary costs an advanced payment of € 120,00 for energy expenses for one person and the usage of the internet are included in a rent of € 750,00. The rent for two people is € 900,00. A parking space can be rented for only € 30,00. The tenant pays for the final cleaning. It is carried out on a time and material basis and is charged at € 35.00 per hour. |
